I hope to hear from anyone I have neglected to contact or with whom I have lost touch. There are so many friends whom I have not contacted since I left England 32 years ago and I often wonder what they are doing now.
I guess part of getting older is a concern that we have lost so many friends because of our failure to maintain contact. I would love to find friends I had while at school, particularly Twickenham Grammar School, and while at work in the Ministry of Health in London in the years 1963-1968. Twickenham Grammar School (?1958) Rosemary Wood...one of my closest friends....where is she now?
Update
Having registered with a wonderful site: www.register@friendsreunited.co.uk, I was able to make contact with several of my friends from Twickenham. It has been so exciting to hear from them and to find out where life has taken them. We are hoping to meet in the Summer.
I have also made contact with my first serious boyfriend who lives in Australia with his wife and family.
How exciting it is to "talk" again to people with whom we spent so much time in those teenage years!
