2005

This year has been wonderful! Mike has continued from strength to strength and is back working full time. I sometimes worry it might be too much for him but he feels it is not. His illness has, in some ways, changed our lives forever but nothing can take away my happiness that he is still with me.

Even though we do not travel and have not been back to the UK since his illness, we are in constant touch with our children and grandchild, so I feel quite up to date with their lives and Siena's development.

I have had a fair amount of work this year, though not as much as I would have liked. I continue to develop posters, brochures and the website for The Crisis Centre (www.bahamascrisiscentre.org) Other than that, my new sites are mostly small restaurant and hotel sites.

We had the pleasure of seeing Robert and his girlfriend Nicola at the end of June, an early celebration of my sixtieth birthday. It was wonderful to see them and spend some precious time with them.

We are so blessed that our children are happy and well and I continue to be grateful for every day of my life. I hope next year will be fulfilling for all of us. It is up to us to make sure it is!
