2002 Creatings

The year has continued to go well and I always appreciate how lucky I am, or rather how lucky both Mike and I are. I truly believe that we must make the most of the time we have and maybe this is why I am so intolerant of some of the young people in particular who seem to have no commitment to work or ambition to better themselves. They are missing so much! For three months I worked at the Crisis Centre, substituting for the Administrator who was on Maternity leave. I enjoyed it more this time around, having taken the post on several previous occasions. It is a time and energy-consuming job and I would prefer to have some more time to do other things as well. This is why I would not want to be there full time, all the time.

The cause, however, is close to my heart, particularly the issue of child abuse. In spite of the amount of administrative work, I have been able to continue to develop posters for consciousness raising purposes. This is what I love to do most. I do not seem to be inspired to write at the moment, but, from experience I know that everything goes in phases. I am sure I will write again when the time is right.

I am always coming up with new ideas that never really take off but give me great pleasure in developing!! Anything that is remotely connected with computer generated projects inspires me these days, hence my new websites:

It has been great fun taking photos for the "creatings" projects,as I edit them to give artistic effects.
